Appeal Dismissed - Land West of High Street
Appeal Dismissed - APP/C1570/W/25/3362146 - Land West Of High Street, Stebbing - UTT/23/2496/FUL
The appeal against the decision in September 2024 by Uttlesford District Council to refuse the proposed development on the fields / land West of the High Street, opposite the School and on The Downs has today been dismissed. This is the second time that proposed development on these fields has been refused / upheld by the Planning Inspectorate.
